Families in under-resourced communities are severely underserved and underrepresented, particularly with regard to economic and financial matters. These families are not encouraged to get their affairs in order while they’re living. This lack of preparation leaves families putting together pieces of a puzzle that was left behind, often spending time, money, and other resources, scrambling through the Probate process with no guidance or direction. In addition, upon the passing of the loved one, many families have lost assets that were inherited, in particular real estate/heir’s property. This loss in turn prevents the transfer of generational wealth and can damage the family legacy, and in some cases, the family dynamic as well.
Our Solution
AAA Probate Resources provides the tools and resources necessary for families to get through the Probate process with as much ease as possible. We can assist with anything from estate planning to repairs needed at a property, to liquidating the real estate portion of the estate. We educate families on estate planning, Probate, and financial literacy so that they (their families rather) are in a better position to settle their estate upon their passing, and more families are able to leave a legacy and an inheritance that their family can benefit from for generations.
